Welcome to www.lectrx.com (“the Site”), the RSVP website for Project 107, a private student-organized event. By submitting an RSVP or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These Terms are intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
The Project 107 Halloween Hangar Party (“the Event”) is being organized by a junior at Springville High School with parental supervision. This is a private, invitation-only event held at a hangar near Springville, Utah. Participation is voluntary and intended only for high school students with valid school identification.
All attendees under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to attend. By RSVPing, you acknowledge that you have received such permission. Parents and guardians understand that this is a student-organized social event and agree that attendance is at their child’s own risk.
All participants must follow the posted Hangar Party Rules at all times: 🎃 Hangar Party Rules - No touching or entering any aircraft. - Stay inside the hangar’s authorized area — no wandering the airport. - Absolutely no alcohol, vaping, or drugs. - No fighting or unsafe behavior. - Be respectful — have fun, stay smart, and look out for each other. Attendees who violate these rules may be asked to leave immediately and may be barred from future events.
By RSVPing and/or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You (and your parent or guardian, if under 18) voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. You release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, hosts, property owners, and their families from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in or travel to/from the event. You agree not to pursue any legal action against the organizers or property owners for any incident occurring before, during, or after the event.
The event is being held at a private hangar located on airport property. Attendees must remain in designated event areas and respect all aircraft, vehicles, and equipment. Any damage to property or violation of airport rules may result in removal from the event and potential liability for damages.
Event organizers may take photos or videos during the event for social media or future promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in such materials unless you notify an organizer in advance.
Your RSVP information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy posted on www.lectrx.com. By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive event updates or reminders from Project 107.
These Terms may be updated as needed prior to the event. The most current version will always be available on www.lectrx.com.
